When a girl wants her McNuggets, she should get her McNuggets!!!
The Woman Who Called 911 Because McDonald’s Didn’t Have Chicken McNuggets
Angered that her local McDonald’s was out of Chicken McNuggets, a Florida woman called 911 three times to report the fast food “emergency.” Latreasa Goodman, 27, called police to complain that a cashier would not give her a refund. When cops responded to the restaurant, Goodman told them, “This is an emergency. If I had known they didn’t have McNuggets, I wouldn’t have given my money, and now she wants to give me a McDouble, but I don’t want one.” She was arrested and the Police pressed charges for misusing the 911 system. I was diagnosed with lupus when I was 18, and I have NEVER met anyone else with the disease. I would love to know who this is and their story as well!
My very first tattoo.
The purple ribbon is for Lupus, a disease I was diagnosed with when I was 17 ( I’m 22 now ) and the pink ribbon is obviously for Breast Cancer.
My aunt/godmother passed away from breast cancer last year. She was a saint, and I miss her so much. I decided to get a tattoo in her memory, I chose to do half and half with the ribbons because although she was a much worse case, we often shared our stories of survival. We both went through intensive chemotherapy and we both knew what it was like to start losing faith.
Although she has passed on, I will remember her forever…being my first tattoo, I wanted to get something I knew I would never regret.
I miss you Dawn.

In April, 29th, 1961 a doctor of the 6th Soviet Antarctic expedition Leonid Rogozov aged 27 felt pain in a right lower belly and fever.
The next day brought only exasperation. Having no chance to call a plane and being the only doctor at the station “Novolazarevskaya”, at night, in April, 30th the surgeon made an appendix removal operation on himself using local anesthesia. He was assisted by an engineer and the station’s meteorologist.
Have you considered starting the 365 Project on your own? Take some advice from Stephen Poff, who was the inspiration behind the Flickr group, started in 2006 - “If you’re looking to get serious about your craft, why not challenge yourself to a photo a day with the only model that’s always available and as passionate as you are about it… yourself!”

Well, this is what I’ll do for 2010.
Except it won’t be to, “get serious about [my] craft.”
But to make it possible for me to look back on my year as a whole and remember the little things (:
Let’s see how far I get! haha
A drunk French teenager narrowly escaped death after falling asleep on a railway track and slumbering undisturbed as a high-speed train roared over him. The 19-year old, whose name was not released, remained fast asleep face down on a stretch of track near Saint Nolff in southern Brittany, as the Quimper to Paris train passed, leaving only a few grease stains on the back of his jacket. The driver saw the body lying on the tracks and slammed on the brakes, but was only able to stop a few hundred metres further on.
The teenager was making his way back from the Saint Nolff music festival when he stopped to take a nap on the railway line. Roused by police and fire fighters who attended the scene, the young man gave a one-fingered salute before rolling over and going back to sleep.
Inventor spends Christmas with his perfect woman - a £30,000 custom-made fembot.
Inventor Le Trung spent Christmas Day with the most important woman in his life - his robot Aiko.
The science genius enjoyed a festive dinner with his mum, dad and his £30,000 fembot which he designed and built by hand.
Le, 34, from Brampton, Ontario, Canada, even bought gifts for his dream girl, who is so lifelike she speaks fluent English and Japanese, helped cook the turkey and hang up decorations.
‘Aiko is like any woman, she enjoys getting new clothes,’ he said.
‘I loved buying them for her too.’
Le, who built his first robot when he was four, has dedicated his life to creating the perfect humanoid and his success so far with Aiko has won him worldwide attention.
Aiko, whose name is Japanese for ‘love-child’ has an amazing artificial intelligence and can speak 13,000 different sentences in two languages
‘Aiko can recognise faces and says hello to anyone she has met,’ he said.
‘She helps me pick what to have for dinner and knows what drinks I like.’
After Christmas dinner and opening her presents, Aiko joined in the festive tradition of quizzes and board games with the family.
But Le still has one thing on his Christmas wish list for Aiko - mastering the problem of how to make her walk.
He said: ‘It is the most difficult thing for any inventor to do.
